Product Manager
We are looking for self-motivated and energetic professional who can;
Develop product positioning in market to achieve agreed short/long term business goals.
Plan and launch new products in line with marketing plan so as to ensure the ongoing development of effective products and services.
Develop the strategy and manage marketing programs that drive demand for our products.
People Development through training of new and existing team and product refreshers during quarterly meetings and transfer product knowledge in to sales channel.
Explore new business opportunities in new and existing principals.
Customer satisfaction through addressing complaints effectively and addition of innovative products in the portfolio by knowing and assessing future market needs.
Communicate the value proposition of the products and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of products.
Effectively plan and manage the trials conducted for new product launches in line with guidelines from business principals, evaluate results and develop tools to promote products.
Assistance/Communication to other departments.
